Went to inaugural meeting of whisky society tonight. Very good. Seth talked well about whisky basics; he was accurate and helpful. Served us five contrasting flavours. Brought back some good tasting notes, some familiar, some new. Islay, lowlands, Jura, Kentucky, Speyside. Very enjoyable, good chatting. Would recommend for those around next term.
